Zusanna arrived early and was instantly friendly and welcoming. She was a safe and competent driver whilst constantly giving information. Zusanna went out her way to show us additional areas we mentioned during the journeys. Her knowledge of the history of Kraków and Auschwitz was first class and her English was outstanding. In all the 6 of us were delighted with the tour and we would definitely recommend you website and Zusanna’s services and would use her when we return to Krakow.
