My wife and I asked Zuzanna to guide us for two days with the second day visiting Auschwitz. We left the first day up to Zuzanna. Wow. that worked out perfectly. Zuzanna’s depth of knowledge, empathy, and storytelling ability transformed what could have been a simple sightseeing trip into a profoundly moving and educational journey, connecting you us Krakow’s rich culture and its many layers of history. From the moment we met, Zuzanna radiated warmth and professionalism. Her ability to tailor the experience to our interests made every moment feel personal and meaningful. She was also able to cater for my wife’s ability needs with ease and care. My wife is also a photography enthusiast and Suzanna pointed out visually striking locations, always balancing the moment with respect and context.
I will advise however, that if you are from Australia, please take a couple of packets of Tim Tams with you. She likes them.
