Even though we walked through places marked by immense tragedy, Zuzanna helped me feel a sense of hope. I had sent her a slideshow about my grandfather, a survivor of Auschwitz, and she not only asked thoughtful questions about him but referred to him by his full name. Hearing it spoken again moved me deeply. I felt I was honoring him, and Zuzanna made that possible.
I don’t just recommend her—I truly believe anyone visiting Kraków must take a tour with her. It was an unforgettable, moving, and life-changing experience.
