She is very knowledgeable. Me and my family asked her a lot of questions (off topic questions too) and she always answered with a deep understanding of the places we visited, the culture, food, etc. If I asked her a random question that she wasn’t sure of the answer to, she’d find out the answer in minutes and was so kind, patient, and never made us feel rushed.
