We contacted Zuzanna for two custom tours during our stay in Krakow. She exceeded our expectations in every way! Her knowledge extends beyond what you read in tour books. We had a three-hour Krakow city tour and learned so much about the history of Krakow, the Polish culture, the architecture, and interesting current facts and trends in the beautiful city.
On our second day tour, we drove to the countryside where my husband’s ancestors were from. Zuzanna was willing to explore and help us locate the old cemeteries and homesteads, no matter how challenging they were to find. We then visited dear friends in Jaroslaw, and Zuzanna was our translator to facilitate easier communication with the extended family who attended our visit. Zuzanna was extremely helpful, so flexible to our needs, and did all the driving! She a delight and I cannot say enough good things about her. We highly recommend you book your Krakow/Poland experience with Zuzanna!

Zuzana is wonderful and her tour was enterntaining and educational. She was genuine, kind and funny, knew virtually evertyhing about Krakow and its history, and looked after us like we were her own family. She made us fall in love with Krakow and its inhabitants. Look no further for an excellent guide!

Meeting Zuzanna was a wonderful experience. I was going to Poland solo to go sight seeing, tours and to travel across Poland to meet my late husband’s family for the first time. I do not speak Polish so having an English speaking guide was perfect.
My daughter found an excellent review of Zuzana’s tours on a site in Australia and a phone number. I messaged the phone number and our conversation began.
I decided to do the Krakow in one day tour which began with Zuzanna picking me up from my hotel. Our tour commenced walking through Old Town to the Castle, learning much about the exterior of the Castle, followed by an in-depth review of the Crown Treasury which included Polish treasures lost and reclaimed from invaders of Poland and treasures donated back to Poland by the aristocracy. We then walked down to the Market Square where Zuzanna explained so much about the history and the architecture, we walked to the Basilica of St Mary’s Assumption in the Market Square, to be seated just in time for the opening of the doors to the High Altarpiece, a work by Veit Stoss from 1489. This is a must see, a hush fell over the church when the doors were opened by a nun. Next, we went back into the market square to hear the bugle call from St Mary’s tower, another wonderful experience.
We then headed to the Jewish Quarter, so much history and sadness but Zuzanna talks only about the very relevant and important pieces of history so not to overload your brain.
We then visited Schindler’s Factory and witnessed wartime Krakow. It is a place where you feel the bravery of the Polish People.
So much more I could tell you about this tour but space won’t permit. Doing a tour with Zuzanna is a must when in Krakow.

A wonderful experience. From the beginning, Zuzanna was very responsive in communicating and making arrangements. On the day of our tour, she picked us up from our hotel right on time. We spent the day at Auchwitz, which was a bit of a drive from the hotel. Zuzanna was so informative and provided so much insight on the country and culture while we traveled. After the tour, she took us through the local city and provided even more history. She was so knowledgeable and personable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide during our time in Poland. Thank you so much Zuzanna!!

Conducting tours is one thing, being able to tailor them to customers in a way that surpasses their expectations is a difficult thing to do. Especially when it comes to a difficult topic, such as, in this case, the Holocaust. Both me and my partner Jo speak from experience, having been historians and guides ourselves for many years. Zuzanna is be all standards a top guide; knowledge, customer service, duty of care, friendly company. We could not recommend Zuzanna’s services highly enough when visiting Krakow and looking to take on a private guide. We will definitely take her on next time we are there to explore more of history and culture in and around Krakow.

Zuzanna is wonderful! I asked her for a tour tailored to my 9-year old daughter and myself. She took us to the Rynek Underground Museum and the tour was very captivating. I am certain that without her we would not have enjoyed the museum as much. She also introduced us to the sad history of Krakow Jews before and during WWII, all tailored to a 9-year old. Zuzanna answered all our questions and always added interesting details. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. Money well spent.

We first learned of Tour Tailor Krakow and Zuzanna from her YouTube channel. The private tour (driver and tour guides) she arranged for just my wife and I to Auschwitz-Birkenau and then the Auschwitz Jewish Center was perfect! Our driver, Gregory, is a great guy who shared lots of Polish history and personal experiences with us. This day was very important to my wife as she is of Polish descent and had never visited Poland. Thanks to Zuzanna and her team!
