We had Zuzanna design a custom tour and could not have been happier with the results. As you would expect from any excellent tour guide, she is dependable, punctual, caring, extremely knowledgeable and speaks impeccable English. But what sets her apart from others is the effort she puts into customizing her tours. She arranged for us to visit the church where my wife’s grandparents were married and to look through the church records for family members. It took a lot of effort on her part to make this happen. She provided excellent commentary throughout the tour and was able to provide intelligent answers to our questions. She really went above and beyond what a guide might be expected to do, even tracking down some records that had been transferred to another parish. If you want an outstanding tour, let Zuzanna design one for you.

We first learned of Tour Tailor Krakow and Zuzanna from her YouTube channel. The private tour (driver and tour guides) she arranged for just my wife and I to Auschwitz-Birkenau and then the Auschwitz Jewish Center was perfect! Our driver, Gregory, is a great guy who shared lots of Polish history and personal experiences with us. This day was very important to my wife as she is of Polish descent and had never visited Poland. Thanks to Zuzanna and her team!

I booked the “Krakow in a day” tour and everything was amazing. From the communication at the time of booking to the confirmation of each step down to a five minute warning the taxi would be outside (which helped a lot).
My guide for the day was Joanna, she was very professional, highly knowledgeable, friendly and engaging making the tour one to remember. She clearly is passionate about what she does.
I would highly recommend anyone visiting Krakow consider using the services provided by Tour Tailor Krakow.

Unbelievably knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. She asked me questions to find out about me, and used this information to help personalize the tour. She showed me typical touristy things, but we ducked into some lesser-known places to learn more about “the real Kraków”. She took me to a genuine restaurant for lunch and made sure I ate authentic polish cuisine). Anyone is lucky to have her as a guide.

I had a great day with Zuzanna. She took me all around the Old town and the Jewish Quarter and she knows everything there is to know including where to eat. She was so friendly and easy to be with. She took me to Auschwitz and we found my great aunt’s name in the Book of Names which is an experience I will never forget. She customized the tour just for me which I so appreciate with my limited time. I highly recommend asking for her.

Today Zuzanna picked me and my partner up from our Hotel, we had a great drive to Auschwitz learning many things along the way. Zuzanna was so easy to talk to and showed great interest in everything we spoke about. We arrived and was greeting By our amazing guide that Zuzanna had arranged for us, we visited both sites and there was so much time to stop ask questions and take pictures (respectfully) when we could. On our way back to the hotel Zuzanna stopped by an amazing little Cafe and told us great stories about how this Cafe came to be, along with showing us around a little museum.
I couldn’t recommend touring with Zuzanna enough she is super friendly happy and make you feel at ease.
Thank you so Much

Huge thanks to Zuzanna P who was our tour guide on Thursday 28th November 2019 during our stay in Krakow.. Zuzanna arrived promptly to collect us from our apartment in a clean and roomy vehicle. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and was able to give us information and the history of places, building and bridges as we travelled to the camps. The following trip to the Jewish Museum made everything very real and we all agreed it was a must do after visiting the camps. Thank you

Zuzanna was spectacular. I hired her to drive me to a city 3 hours away so I could do family research at the state archives. She immersed herself in my experience like they were her issues. She wasn’t just a guide; she helped problem solve. She even made inquiries to the archives in advance so they were ready for us. She’s very knowledgeable about culture and history and even thought me things I thought I was an expert in. I wish I could give her 100 stars. She’s amazing and her English is flawless.

This was our 2nd day with Zuzanna. It was a very tough, somber day but Zuzanna educated in an unflinching fashion while still being very human. She was very aware if we needed a little space and didn’t talk just for the sake of talking. Loved our visit to Poland and Zuzanna was a very big part of that experience for us. Zuzanna is exceptional. Warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about her job, she exceeded my expectations in every respect. She is passionate about her country, its history and its traditions. My tour to Auschwitz with Zuzanna was so memorable. Her knowledge of the camp is so impressive. Zuzzanna was an excellent guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Auschwitz camp and the history prior to, during and after World War II. Zuzzanna is a careful and considerate driver with a comfortable van. I strongly recommend her services. Zuzanna, was amazing, what an incredible find!
Thank you so much.
I was very nervous after finding Zuzanna on social media & reaching out – I didn’t really know if this was genuine!
Well, she was absolutely amazing, given me helpful advice & tips weeks before we arrived at Krakow, helping me prepare the itinerary for my husband’s birthday & recommending places of interest.
Zuzanna arrived absolutely on time for our Salt Mines pick up, provided us with biscuits & bottles of water & was very informative.
(Apologies we were both not chatty as we were a little unwell!)
The Next day Gregory, again arrived on time for our visit to Auschwitz; he was really friendly, talkative & explained the route, and the excursion in great detail.
When we come back, there is no doubt I will be in touch again to assist with further excursions & also to book Zakopane!
Thank you very much for making this process, so comfortable, with lovely, nice clean cars, friendly & personable!
Ist class service!

Zuzana was tremendous! We asked for a “foody experience” as well as a walk through historic Krakow. She led us to a locals fruit market which we would never have found, showed us a store that creates flavored vodka, again one we would’ve passed, and finally led us to the old Jewish quarter, where we experienced Police fast food, zapiekanki. Very personable and friendly. Felt like family 🙂

Zuzanna, a brilliant guide, shared many aspects of Krakow with our family. We had the privilege of spending an entire day with her. Months before our arrival, Zuzanna had collaborated with me to finalize the details and our desired activities. Communication with Zuzanna was effortless, and she responded promptly to our inquiries. Upon our arrival, I had made a few changes to our itinerary, and Zuzanna demonstrated incredible flexibility, adapting our day on the spot. I was thoroughly impressed! She was a delightful companion as we experienced a genuine local experience. I can’t wait for our next visit to Poland and the chance to tour with her again.

From the moment we first connected with Zuzanna her warmth, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge shone through. Her approach to sharing Krakow’s history and culture is truly exceptional – she combines genuine enthusiasm with a remarkable ability to make every detail engaging.
Our private all-day tour of Auschwitz & Birkenau, including a visit to the town of Oswiecim, was flawlessly organized from start to finish. Zuzanna greeted us at our apartment with a warm smile and immediately made us feel at ease. The drive to Auschwitz was not just comfortable, but also enlightening, as Zuzanna provided fascinating background and historical context that enriched our entire experience.
She handled every logistical detail seamlessly. She secured timed entry passes to fit our schedule and facilitated our entry for the camp tour. The licensed, local Auschwitz-Birkenau educator she arranged for us, was deeply knowledgeable, and made the visit a profoundly moving and memorable experience.
After our tour, Zuzanna picked us up promptly and took us on an exclusive exploration of the town of Oswiecim. We visited the historic Jewish area and synagogue, and enjoyed a delicious lunch together. Throughout, Zuzanna’s insightful commentary brought the town’s history and present-day culture vividly to life. The Oswiecim side tour was an absolute highlight. The tour made us realize that Oswiecim has never forgotten its Jewish past.
Booking with Zuzanna was effortless and efficient. Communication was always prompt and friendly, whether by email or WhatsApp. We only wish we’d had more time to join another of her tours!
To summarize, Zuzanna exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Her passion, knowledge, and personal touch made this an unforgettable adventure. We enthusiastically give her 5 stars and recommend her tours to anyone seeking an extraordinary and meaningful travel experience!

We spent two days with Zuzanna; one a private tour to the town where my father was born north of Krakow with a stop at a cultural center in a former synagogue another hour away and the second to Auschwitz/Birkenau, concluding with an amazing museum tour in Oswiecim. Both days were extraordinarily rich. She is extremely knowledgeable, rarely floored by any unusual question my husband posed and if she didn’t have an answer she researched the topic and sent links to academic papers! She knew we were interested in historic wooden architecture as well and added stops on both trips to see beautiful buildings. She gave generously of her time and didn’t rush us. The two days spent with her added a depth of understanding I never would have experienced on my own. I highly recommend her services!

I totally recommend to write her, and feel free to ask questions or tell her what you would like to meet or see, as she will know how to build the tour.

A wonderful experience. From the beginning, Zuzanna was very responsive in communicating and making arrangements. On the day of our tour, she picked us up from our hotel right on time. We spent the day at Auchwitz, which was a bit of a drive from the hotel. Zuzanna was so informative and provided so much insight on the country and culture while we traveled. After the tour, she took us through the local city and provided even more history. She was so knowledgeable and personable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide during our time in Poland. Zuzanna is wonderful! I asked her for a tour tailored to my 9-year old daughter and myself. She took us to the Rynek Underground Museum and the tour was very captivating. I am certain that without her we would not have enjoyed the museum as much. She also introduced us to the sad history of Krakow Jews before and during WWII, all tailored to a 9-year old. Zuzanna answered all our questions and always added interesting details. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. Money well spent.

It is not easy to describe in a few words how wonderful the experience of meeting Zuzanna was. All started since the first timeI wrote her an email. Very easy and fast communication to plan our tour. Very accommodating and understanding.
When the time of our tour came, Zuzanna showed up on time at the hotel.
Her knowledge of her city and Country made a pleasant trip to Auschwitz. Before arriving Zuzanna stopped a a family owned bakery to ensure we tasted local freshly baked pastries.
The tour of Auschwitz was a true grand experience, Zuzanna with her professionalism and historical knowledge of tge events thst occurred made every step of the site a touching and learning experience.
After our tour, Zuzanna ensured we stopped at a local family own restaurant, with the most delicious freshly made Polish dishes.
Our return home seemed short with all the conversations flowing.
I would highly recommend Zuzanna and her tours. In my next trip to Krakow, Zuzanna will be with us!

Of many tour options to visit Auschwitz, Zuzzana’s is best. Her English is flawless and she gave us very informative background information on Poland, Krakow and it’s history. She was very personable and didn’t just read off of a “script”. What made her tour exceptional was the visit to Oswiecim, the small village close to the camps. Our visit here gave us a deeper understanding of the tragedy of the Holocaust and something everyone should experience alongside their visit to Auschwitz. Deeply moving.

On the drive to Auschwitz, we had an interesting conversation with Zuzanna that added to our overall experience of the day. In addition to pointing out places to us, she also shared some of her grandparents’ experiences during and post WWII. For our tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau, she arranged a private tour guide for us upon request. I highly recommend this. My family and I visited Krakow in November 2024 and I was doing research on all things Krakow-related when I came across Zuzanna’s YouTube videos.
Her warm personality really came through the video. After I read the positive reviews from past clients about how amazing she is, I immediately reached out to her to see what tours she offers.
She responded to me in a timely manner and is very professional. She gave me several tour package options to choose from. Everything is reasonably priced!!
She is very knowledgeable. Me and my family asked her a lot of questions (off topic questions too) and she always answered with a deep understanding of the places we visited, the culture, food, etc. If I asked her a random question that she wasn’t sure of the answer to, she’d find out the answer in minutes and was so kind, patient, and never made us feel rushed.

Tour Tailor Krakow / Zuzanna is the very Best! Let me make this easy, I would recommend that she should be your first choice.
1) We spent a full day with her exploring Krakow.
She is informative, friendly, accomodating and wonderful. I think we explored the entire city in one day!. She has a car, so it is easy to get around, you will learn a lot from her and enjoy every minute.
2) She arranged a driver to take us to/from Auschwitz
3) She arranged a driver to take us to/from the Salt mines.
4) She arranged airport transfers
5) she arranged for all the tickets and made this completely seamless
6) She does not try to “upsell”
7) She listens to what you want and put together an itinerary that you are happy with. It is not a pre-set/boring tour. She will customize according to your interests
8) She responds immediately to email
9) When you come up with a itinerary, she will send it to you for review. (But as I said, she will modify and listen to what you want)
She is one of the best private guides that I have ever had – but as I said, she is so much more!

I had a private tour of Kraków’s Jewish quarter with Zuzanna, and I truly cannot overstate how exceptional she is. She is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and engaging. I was amazed by how much she knew about Jewish life and history, going back hundreds of years. Her familiarity with the city’s precise locations—where Schindler’s List was filmed, where the real events took place—was remarkable.
Even though we walked through places marked by immense tragedy, Zuzanna helped me feel a sense of hope. I had sent her a slideshow about my grandfather, a survivor of Auschwitz, and she not only asked thoughtful questions about him but referred to him by his full name. Hearing it spoken again moved me deeply. I felt I was honoring him, and Zuzanna made that possible.
I don’t just recommend her—I truly believe anyone visiting Kraków must take a tour with her. It was an unforgettable, moving, and life-changing experience.

We contacted Zuzanna for two custom tours during our stay in Krakow. She exceeded our expectations in every way! Her knowledge extends beyond what you read in tour books. We had a three-hour Krakow city tour and learned so much about the history of Krakow, the Polish culture, the architecture, and interesting current facts and trends in the beautiful city.
On our second day tour, we drove to the countryside where my husband’s ancestors were from. Zuzanna was willing to explore and help us locate the old cemeteries and homesteads, no matter how challenging they were to find. Zuzanna has just arranged the most perfect Birthday surprise for me and my wife in Krakow.
I worked with Zuzanna over a few weeks to deliver the perfect itinerary together for my wife and everything went perfectly to plan.
We arrived on Thursday and after a quick lunch Zuzanna met us from the hotel lobby for a 3.5hr walking tour of Krakow. She was very well educated and had great passion and knowledge of the city.
She also arranged our visits with a private car and driver to Auschwitz on the Friday, Zakopane on the Saturday to the Thermal spa, cable car and markets.
We had Sunday to ourselves but on Monday we even had time to do the Salt mines before going directly to the airport, again all in private vehicles with professional English speaking drivers who were always on time and personally had the tickets ready for our trips.

We absolutely loved visiting the painted houses, the lunch was so so good as was visiting with the homeowner… the winery visit and tasting were also phenomenal! Truly a fabulous way to spend a day while in Krakow and be able to see the beautiful country.

Conducting tours is one thing, being able to tailor them to customers in a way that surpasses their expectations is a difficult thing to do. Especially when it comes to a difficult topic, such as, in this case, the Holocaust. Both me and my partner Jo speak from experience, having been historians and guides ourselves for many years. Zuzanna is be all standards a top guide; knowledge, customer service, duty of care, friendly company. We could not recommend Zuzanna’s services highly enough when visiting Krakow and looking to take on a private guide. We will definitely take her on next time we are there to explore more of history and culture in and around Krakow.

We did not have any preconceived ideas of Krakow. Zuzanna’s delightful description of this beautiful city and serious explanation of the war years made our holiday exceptional. She was prompt, thorough, and flexible to be sure we included both standard sites and enchanting side trips mostly seen by locals. Her independence and self-sufficiency makes touring easy. One tour or a week’s full, book Zuzanna and you’ll leave Krakow satisfied. We did!

Meeting Zuzanna was a wonderful experience. I was going to Poland solo to go sight seeing, tours and to travel across Poland to meet my late husband’s family for the first time. I do not speak Polish so having an English speaking guide was perfect.
My daughter found an excellent review of Zuzana’s tours on a site in Australia and a phone number. I messaged the phone number and our conversation began.
I decided to do the Krakow in one day tour which began with Zuzanna picking me up from my hotel. Our tour commenced walking through Old Town to the Castle, learning much about the exterior of the Castle, followed by an in-depth review of the Crown Treasury which included Polish treasures lost and reclaimed from invaders of Poland and treasures donated back to Poland by the aristocracy. We then walked down to the Market Square where Zuzanna explained so much about the history and the architecture, we walked to the Basilica of St Mary’s Assumption in the Market Square, to be seated just in time for the opening of the doors to the High Altarpiece, a work by Veit Stoss from 1489. This is a must see, a hush fell over the church when the doors were opened by a nun. Next, we went back into the market square to hear the bugle call from St Mary’s tower, another wonderful experience.
We then headed to the Jewish Quarter, so much history and sadness but Zuzanna talks only about the very relevant and important pieces of history so not to overload your brain.
We then visited Schindler’s Factory and witnessed wartime Krakow. It is a place where you feel the bravery of the Polish People.
So much more I could tell you about this tour but space won’t permit. Doing a tour with Zuzanna is a must when in Krakow.

Our day with Zuzanna in the Tatra Mountains was fabulous, she provided the unique tour we requested. We wanted to enjoy the natural and local beauty of the region without the commercial aspects. After a ride to the top of Kasprowy Wierch, we spent some time walking the ridge line and taking in the scenery and surrounding mountains. Lunch was at a local Hansel and Gretel type cottage restaurant. Zuzanna took us along the back roads to visit and share characteristic aspects of the region. Perfect day!

We had two wonderful days with Zuzanna, who guided our group of four on two private tours: Krakow Welcome: Old Town & Jewish Quarter, and Humans of World War 2 in Krakow. Her in-depth knowledge, engaging style, and personal approach made the experiences truly memorable, delivering Krakow’s rich and poignant history to our group. If you’re planning a trip to Krakow, I highly recommend booking with Zuzanna—you won’t regret it!

We are fortunate to travel regularly, and we often use local guides Zuzanna is now at the top of our list! While a different guide gave us the actual tour at Auschwitz-Birkenau site, Zuzanna provided transportation to the site from our hotel in Krakow , gave us detailed background on Krakow/Auschwitz area and engaged with us on a interesting geo-political discussion of Poland. She lived in the US for a year, so her English is excellent. She took us to the Salt Mines the next day. Highly Recommend.

Zuzanna, our excellent English speaking guide certainly knows her stuff and is incredibly well-read with an excellent knowledge of all things related to this horrific place, including historic anti-semitism, Polish resistance/collusion and the horrors the local population endured during and after the war. The visit to Oswiecim after the camps was a bonus and a good opportunity to discuss the day. I would highly recommend her as a guide.

Zuzanna gave the best tour I possibly could have hoped for. I requested a customized tour as I wanted to travel from Krakow to Nowy Sacz- a couple of hours away- to see where my grandfather lived. She took such an interest in helping me locate the plots of land where he would have lived in the early 1900’s, when maps there had only numbers; no street names. We even visited three town offices for info. And then at my request, we took a last minute trip to Slovakia! Somehow, she made it all work. 5 stars!!

We were very happy with the Zuzanna and the tour she organized for us. Zuzanna was professional, friendly and informative. She organized the visit to Auschwitz and to a nearby small Jewish museum and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend her!!

Absolutely first rate. We cannot recommend Zuzanna enough for her support and patience with us on this trip. Her organisational skills are amazing. Our trip would not have been the same without her help and we managed to visit places off the beaten track which made the trip truly special. Will definitely use this exceptional service again in the future.

Zuzanna organized a private tour of Auschwitz for us and picked us up at 7am to drive us there. Along the way, she explained the history of Poland leading up to WWII and provided the historical context of the Nazi invasion and occupation. She also prepared us for what we were about to see which helped us get the most out of our tour.
Afterwards she took us to a local restaurant that is only frequented by locals (no English menus!) before taking us to a town that had had a substantial Jewish population before the war but today has none. The local synagogue still stands and has an exhibit of some of the personal stories of people who had lived there and what happened to them. We were the only ones at the temple so we were able to reflect on these stories in quiet solitude away from the crowds of other tourists. The stop in that town put into human context the unimaginable statistics and sheer scale of Auschwitz. We didn’t realize it ahead of time, but that was absolutely a critical piece of comprehending the utter devastation of the Holocaust. Zuzanna was an excellent guide for us.

Thank you so much Zuzanna!!

This year I was with my family in Krakow and we were lucky to have Zuzanna as our guide. The truth is that it has been a luxury and a relaxation to leave everything in your hands. For one day we were organized by the regulatory visit of Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. He picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel, took us on all transfers telling us things of interest and took us out of the tourist area to take advantage and eat at a local site of great Polish food. Unbeatable planning.
And for another day we organized a visit through the center of Krakow designed to capture the interest of the children and could not do better, challenges, fun and participation. Definitely the best guide to the city!!! Thanks for everything Zuzanna, we will be back!!

What a delight! We took an introductory Krakow tour with Zusanna and it was incredible! She is knowledgable, kind, and open to all questions you may have. She also made the tour special by sharing her Polish experiences with us. She knows her history very well and we would highly recommend!

Our tour with Zuzanna was flawless, great communication from
Choosing what would best suit our family, and on the day was flexible to go
With what we were discussing at the time, superbly
Knowledgeable and two of the best things
1. Made sure my daughter was feeling involved in the tour
2. Used personal, people stories over the broader narratives to really bring the tours to life
Would go back to Zuzanna in na heart beat for
One of her other tours when we come back to
krakow, we cannot recommend her enough. Absolutely brilliant

Had the pleasure of zuzanna being our guide today in schindlers factory and she was very knowledgable, u can tell she is passionate and cares deeply about the history of her country , none of our party lost interest in what she was telling us and we learnt so much more than if we had wandered round on our own just reading the information supplied. Thankyou for making our visit even better

I took Zuzanna’s Auschwitz-Birkenau tour – highly recommend her as a guide – she is superb – fluent in English, and very customer oriented. Her knowledge of history of anti-Semitism and the horrible events at the death camp was broad and deep; she articulated it in a very impactful and passionate way. Taking us to Oświęcim helped anchor the impact of the death camp by showing the effect of the Holocaust on the Jewish people of one small town – made her tour especially meaningful

Best way to get to the camps, see some countryside and begin to be more informed about the how why and where of how these places came to be. This method truly enhanced our tour at the camps as we felt more prepared and after a very sober experience it is also a great way to ask even more questions on the return journey. Suzanna was extremely good at all of the above and much appreciate her informative discussions.

We came to Krakow April 14th until 17th April as a family of 4 Adults.
Before coming to Krakow, we had great communication with Zuzanna, advising different trips we might like to visit, tailored to our requirements- nothing was too much trouble for her and she doesnt have a set route on which you have to do- she will take you anywhere you chose to visit. She also recommended places to eat, so we were able to pre-book these amazing restaurants the week before we came out.
Zuzanna met us at the airport and was instantly friendly and welcoming. She made sure we were all settled and supplied us with water (throughout our trip-which we appreciated due to the weather being 28c)
She took us from the airport on a tour around Krakow (both jewish quarter and old town) to introduce us to the city, giving interesting facts as we explored and advising us on places to visit for food and drink. Zuzanna even drove our suitcases to our apartment while we walked on foot to our accommodation to save us having to walk all the way back to the carpark with her.
The next day she took us to Auswitch and Birkeneau camps, where we were fast tracked in as she’d already pre-booked- we were so grateful for this as due to it being easter week the queues were at least 3/4 hours long to buy a ticket. Here she passed us over to our own personal guide for just the four of us.
After these tours Zuzanna took us to the local town where we ate and visited the area, learning the history.
The next day we visited Schindlers factory. Zuzanna sent a taxi to us, to save us having to get up really early and having to stand in a very long queue- instead Zuzanna did this and stood in the queue early to secure us tickets into schlinders factory (apparently if you don’t get there early you will be waiting for over an hour or more and they will then just turn you away saying they have all sold out- so this was really appreciated). I really enjoyed this tour as Zuzanna took us around and her knowledge is amazing- this museum is not just about schindler himself its a tour through the jewish history from the very beginning of the second world war. It was brilliant and Zuzanna put up with all my questions (and i had a lot) able to answer.
After this we went on to the salt mines, again Zuzanna queued for us with our tickets whilst we were allowed to go and get refreshments/ice cream and a toilet break- again that was appreciated. Again Zuzanna is not allowed to take us around here, so we had to go with a large group of 30 people with the mines own tour guide.
Zuzanna met us outside and took us back to wherever we wanted to be dropped off.
She arranged a collection for us the next day too to be driven to the airport (Zuzanna had another tour the next day, so unable to take us back).
We highly recommend Zuzanna, she is such a lovely person, we not only spoke about history of past events but about topics of events today and how our two life’s are, in comparison to each others- from listening to her, Poland sounds like a much nicer, safer place to live than England at this present time. She was interested in hearing about all of us, and our life’s, the jobs we all done and how the UK is as a place to live.
She remembered our names and used them, which is nice, makes it far more personal. We all spoke about our personal life’s, so it was nice to hear what life for her as a family living in Poland was like.
If your wondering what to do about booking a guide or doing it yourself then i would say book Zuzanna- she was worth every penny.
Thank you Zuzanna, you’ve made our trip to Poland very special 🥰

Zuzanna is an amazing tour guide, she could have stayed in the old town, however, she started the tour in an amazing market and gave us the entire history of Kraków, Poland, and even Lithuania. We incredibly enjoyed our tour. We tasted Polish food drinks, and overall flavor of Krakow. Our tour was supposed to be 3 1/2 hours, but we were so fascinated by everything she said that we actually went four hours long. And she didn’t mind at all. I have been on tours before that were two hours and they seemed like six hours. This was a four hour tour that seemed like an hour.

We had the privilege of spending two unforgettable days with Zuzanna from Tour Tailor Krakow—one day exploring the highlights of Krakow and the next visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau.
During our Krakow tour, Zuzanna was everything one could hope for in a guide: knowledgeable, engaging, and personable. She didn’t just recite facts; she wove together history and personal stories that made the experience vivid and memorable. At the Schindler Factory Museum, her insights and anecdotes added depth and meaning, and her walking tours through the Jewish Quarter and Old Town allowed us to see Krakow with fresh eyes. She also went out of her way to recommend excellent local restaurants, bars, and shops, which enriched our time in the city.
For our visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau, Zuzanna arranged for us to be guided by Magdalena, a certified Auschwitz Museum guide. Magdalena’s thoughtful, respectful, and deeply knowledgeable approach helped us process the enormity of what we were witnessing. Zuzanna took care of all the logistics—picking us up from our Airbnb, driving us to and from the site, and ensuring that everything went smoothly.
Zuzanna’s professionalism, warmth, and personal touch made our time in Krakow meaningful and unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend her services. Whether you have one day or several, she will tailor your experience with care, knowledge, and insight.

As a group of 4 we used Tour Tailor Krakow for our trips, Zuzanna was excellent, we visited Auschwitz, Jewish centre including a synagogue, Salt-mines and went to a traditional Polish cafe to try some local cuisine (Pierogi). The level of Zuzanna’s knowledge about the places visited and Poland in general was first class. She was very easy to talk with and understand.
I would totally recommend Zuzanna as a guide and trip organiser, she is without a doubt one of the best private guides I have ever used and I have used many around the world – two words sum her up ‘FIRST CLASS’

Zuzanna is an expert and fun Krakow guide with vast knowledge of Polish history. She picked us up from our hotel and was flexible with changes to our activities. She gave us great tips on things outside of our tour, e.g. where to eat, shop, etc. Zuzanna is passionate about her job and we highly recommend her for any age group!
We booked a custom private tour which included: Wawel Royal Hill-Royal Cathedral and Crown Treasury, Krakow main square, St. Mary’s Basilica, Jewish district Kazimierz, a craft beer stop, and a final stop at H. Jordan park where the Wojtek bear statue is located.

Don’t think about it. Just go ahead and book Zuzanna at Tour Tailor Krakow. I guarantee you will not regret it. My wife and I asked Zuzanna to guide us for two days with the second day visiting Auschwitz. We left the first day up to Zuzanna. Wow. that worked out perfectly. Zuzanna’s depth of knowledge, empathy, and storytelling ability transformed what could have been a simple sightseeing trip into a profoundly moving and educational journey, connecting you us Krakow’s rich culture and its many layers of history. From the moment we met, Zuzanna radiated warmth and professionalism. Her ability to tailor the experience to our interests made every moment feel personal and meaningful. She was also able to cater for my wife’s ability needs with ease and care. My wife is also a photography enthusiast and Suzanna pointed out visually striking locations, always balancing the moment with respect and context.
I will advise however, that if you are from Australia, please take a couple of packets of Tim Tams with you. She likes them.
Thank you Zuzanna for making Krakow one of the most memorable parts of our Holiday.

Zuzanna picked us up at the airport and drove us to a restaurant of her suggestion with polish food. Along the way we stopped and she showed us some interesting places.
It was a great restaurant with good food.
In Auschwitz-Birkenau Zuzanna told us more storys about the individuals that had been there than just numbers which we really appreciated.
We couldn’t get a better visit at Auschwitz- Birkenau than we had.
Zuzanna drove us to our hotel and gave us some tips of places we could visit on the rest of our vacation.

I found Zuzanna from a YouTube video I watched on the Oscar Schindler Factory. She was explaining why you should have a guide when visiting. I decided to contact her. Luckily she had an opening for the day. Zuzanna was an amazing guide she pointed out things and provided information that I wouldn’t have known or thought to ask during my time inside. Throughout the tour, she allowed me to take my time, stop to ask questions and take pictures. She was so knowledgeable and I loved how she brought in her own family history. She was amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.
